Right... but we would only need to put up $1000 up front, and if for whatever reason the event is a few weeks out and we're upside down its easy to call it off and get our deposit back.

I thought you were talking about summit main. Thats way too much goddamn $$ to rent Jeffy Sad No wonder no clubs run events there anymore.

I have heard its cheaper to rent jeffy during a scca race weekend though... might be worth looking into. The solo1 I did there last year was $135/person and there were maybe 50 people there - scca had a double regional on the main track that weekend.
