I would try to sell the xbarks and kinect and then get a "pro" membership at Gamestop and trade all of those in for game credit. It's not a bad deal. A lot of times you get extra money to trade in for a newer game and you don't have to worry about selling each game or trying to get rid of them individually.
The membership is $15 for the year and it basically paid for itself the first game I traded in ($40 for BF4 with pro instead of $27). I had about that many games I traded in and I got a couple hundred dollars in credit
