Looking for a 2nd roommate

This is just kind of a feeler out there right now for a 2nd roommate. It is currently my roommate and I in a 2800sq/ft house in Reston VA. I have an extra bedroom with attached full bathroom. I am gone 80% of weekends during the summer, and I figured I might as well have another housemate. Unfortunately there is no more garage room/driveway room, so it will be in parking across the road. (another 25 feet).

-Metro access within the next 3 months, a little far for walking, but a quick bus ride up (just up wiehle)
-1 Bedroom with 1 full bathroom and a full closet
- Share of Utilities ~$120 bucks a month including Internet/TV.
- This is a pet environmentt, I have one dog that does not shed/partially hypoallergenic (my roommate is allergic but has no reaction to Bailey)
- Limited to one car
- Laundry room on 2nd level (location of bedroom for rent)
- 1 Month Security Deposit ($900)

Would love another MMer, but I reserve the right to not rent out.
