Hi,
I'm a JMU alumn from '99 and live in Arlington, VA.
Wish there was a car group when I was at JMU.
I'm active in the PCA Potomac and have lots of friends on the Dorkiphus board.

I have yet to sell any cars I've bought, but am working on selling one, to put more time/money into my other projects.
Currently I have:
'64 356 SC
'73 914 that is undergoing a 6 conversion (I have the parts but am about to send off for bodywork, welding and painting)
'99.5 Audi A4 2.8 with a tip, this is my 'daily driver' that I bought when I got out of school. Currently has some mild modifications to help a smidge with performance and efficiency. GIAC engine and tiptronic chip, Stage 3 MAF modification from an old Audiworld 12v guy, and A8 brake rotor mod.
'65 Ducati Falcon 80, this is a two-stroke with a vespa-like gear selector on the left grip. I hope to start this restoration once the 914 is done. I have a NOS race expansion chamber for it too.
'74 Mercedes 280C, I love this car, just don't have the time/money to work on it. I have a sale pending along with the spare euro-spec M110 engine with CIS (185hp) that I was going to install.

Sold off my two streetbikes over the past two years...again, too many other things to do and didn't ride them enough to justify. As you can tell I liked smaller bikes, they seem more fun on the street because you have to use all the gears, not just putt around in 2nd and go highway speeds.
'91 Suzuki GSF400 Bandit
'90 Yamaha FZR400

There was! Just barely!

I would really love a 914, I had a chance to buy my neighbor's 6cyl a few years ago for $6k, it was a 75 or 76 in good shape, but I couldn't even justify that to myself. It was really fun to drive, even if the brakes were just a mild suggestion to the car that it should consider slowing down.

JMURACN (Kaan) PM'd me via the Garage Journal asking if I was a JMU grad.

BLINGMW: Yeah, I made sure to update the suspension and brakes on my 914 before going for the conversion. I have boxster calipers on Carrera rotors up front and have Koni sport shock all around with stiffer torsion springs up front and adjustable coil overs in the back. Used to have a mild cam 2.0 with weber carbs, but I should be good for about 2x the power with the new engine.

BTW, I see there was a Mercedes 280C W114 chassis like mine at SEMA this year, with something like a Supra turbo motor in it!!!
