What kind of finance are you looking to do? May have an opportunity for your in corporate finance in Reston, VA for a government sub-contractor.
For some dumb reason when I was looking for jobs I had a problem "finding" companies to send stuff to, if I had taken a quick drive through ballston/DC/Reston and just wrote down all the signs and gone in a few office parks, theres a bajillion companies out there.
PS- Your a little late on the internships, if you have another year, make sure to start around october/november for stuff. I only say that because it makes it much easier on yourself.

Honestly I have not been too choosy in what sector, I've been applying to everything pretty equally. So, any opportunity you possibly could help me with would be greatly appreciated! Yeah I am slightly late in the game, I started earlier in the semester, but quite a few companies mentioned spring recruitment so I just put it on the back burner while Cob300 consumed my life.
