So who's got a black E30?

Still running the god awful 3pc 17x9s I'll get a thread up in the members rides area once I get her cleaned up etc.

As far as the motor goes its an m52 bottom with s52 head and cams. I didn't want to go sunbelts because it is going to see boost at some point and I don't want to drop that much on cams. From looking around I should be expecting 220whp with the current setup...not too bad for a light car.

Probably not, you can run OBD1 with an s52.

From what I recall a big expense of his project was not going to OBDII...but I suppose you will hear from him shortly.

I always liked Nick's car. Is the 600RR your first bike?

The whole motor was originally OBDII. I converted the m52 to OBD1 and then discovered the head was bad. I found a rebuilt s52 head and threw that on there in its place. OBDII is definitly doable now since the ecu has been cracked however, its more expensive to tune and it requires the steering column and ignition out of the donor car. I'm pretty happy with the setup now...just need to clean up the wiring and finish putting the rest of the car together.
