I've been hearing alot about this recently in the news. I talked to a few friends of mine back home in San Antonio and they claim it works, they built one of these themselves on a 2001 Prelude, which got about 22MPG city before and he now gets 32MPG city after this conversion.
Here is the link to a website i found on a CNN article:

This website sales a guide to show you how to build one of these.
I understand how it works, it basically turns water into a gas called HHO. This gas is a fuel source, when added into an engine, the O2 sensor starts reading the added fuel from the HHO and starts taking away gasoline to compensate. Thus resulting in less gas consumed and more MPG. I'm thinking of buying one of these guides and building one myself. From what i've been reading the best results come from Honda's.
I'd be happy to share my experiences with MM and hopefully start building this for all of our cars. Has anyone else heard of this or considered trying it out?

You understand the potential downside of this, right?
I'm not even going to get into the snake oil claims...

I understand that taking away gas, makes the motor run leaner which results in higher engine temps eventually leading to stuff cracking or melting, however the gas is getting replaced by an alternate fuel source, so it really isn't running any leaner, from my understanding.

Whatever. I'm going to run my car on orange Gatorade and Tang. My car will have animal-friendly, and slightly sweet exhaust. And I will carry a small fuel reserve of Jolt Cola.
When it comes to Ryan Jenkins, the story ends with me putting him in the wall.

There is a guy that did this conversion on an 07 TL Type S believe it or not and claims that it works... runs stronger and gets better gas mileage. I'm more than skeptical.

Seems like everyone reads about a "guy" that says it "works" - I wouldnt be surprised if it was just a marketing shill spamming the internets.

Classic scam ad site. Super long. Lot's of colors. Embedded video.
These sites seem to have more info about it, rather then just trying to get you to buy a guide.

Hate all you want, I'm going to try it. I for one happen to believe this will work.
Good luck with that.

The first one is trying to sell something, and whoever runs the second one needs a tin foil hat.

What is going to power your water electrolysis process to create your brown's gas?

Brown gas reminds me too much of Cartman's Brown Note.
