Cheapest place to get tires mounted

Looking to get some tires mounted in the burg, anyone know a cheap place to do this? Mounted and balanced, i'm looking to pay like 15 bucks a tire tops.
Went to Big L Tires last time and they changed me 20 and some change. In Texas the Mexican Shops charge like 7 bucks.. man I miss cheap labor.. :lol:

I mean, I'll do it for free if you want to ride down. I think Paul might have the hookup over at costco too. I'm gonna be at the shop all weekend working on the Daytona and working on Ciro's Crossfire.
