It makes sense.
Ford needs money like wHoA and Tata needs legitimacy. Everybody wins! Except consumers. But who cares about them anyway.

In my opinion, Jaguar has been just a name for the past decade. Ford made a mistake in buying them.

I loved our XK and XJ, much classier, rode better and felt better than equivalent mercs, audis and bmws. Felt like butter. Depreciation sucked and maintenance was like that of a merc, but the cars were much classier and if you wanted luxury, not technogadgetry coolness, the jaguar was the way to go.
Not so sure on the new direction lately of jaguar though, havent driven the new xk and new xj.

What would have been better Jack...if tATu had bought Jaguar?? It's not like any Jaguar made in the past 25 years was worth having. I bet a bit of desi injuneering will fix it right up. And if not who th fuck cares.
