I probably would have bought one over an SVS were it available.
Any chance this one gets better manufacturer support in the US than previous models?

"Here, at last, is the cure for texting while driving. The millions of deaths which occur every year due to the iPhone’s ability to stream the Kim K/Ray-J video in 4G could all be avoided, every last one of them, if the government issued everyone a Seventies 911 and made sure they always left the house five minutes later than they’d wanted to. It would help if it could be made to rain as well. Full attention on the road. Guaranteed." -Jack Baruth

Supposedly, their dealer network and reliability doesnt suck anymore - but I wouldnt put them as reliable as any of the 'big 4' jap brands.
The closest dealer to the DC area is 1-1.5 hrs away.

Sort of - I really like the looks, and its gotten great reviews so far... plenty of bikes get good mag reviews that I dont have any interest in.
I'll own another RC51 in the not too distant future too - I love the way it sounds
