Hello,

I'm new the forums and Harrisonburg, I moved here in August, with my ex-best friend (a girl) she started at JMU and needed a roommate so I decided to move up here to see something different. I'm currently living in Pheasant Run, enjoying it for the most part, except for the fact that I have limited space to work on my car. I work full time at Rosetta Stone aka Fairfield Language Technologies. I plan on doing some online classes at Bridgewater to finish up my Associates in Business Administration.
I'm originally from San Antonio, TX lived there 22 years. I went to school on and off, never could pick a major and school really bored me. So i jumped from job to job not finding anything I liked. Most of the places I worked were something to do with IT. I also worked part-time at my friend's Shop, we built alot of different cars, mostly honda's, did some VW Bug restorations. But for the most part his dad owned a car dealership and sold nothing but honda's. So we got many extra parts and toys to play with. He currently has a 97 Civic Hatchback with a fully built h22a boosted on 27PSI, tuned with AEM EMS pushing about 700 wHP, running 10.07@149 MPH. I'll post the video up for you guys when i get home.
My pride and joy was a H22a powered Del Sol with 75 shot of Nitrous, my 60 foot times were horrible because of lack of slicks but i managed a 13.27 one time before selling it for a 99 Prelude. I drove the Prelude up until I moved here and now own a 96 Integra SE. Its pretty much stock at the moment but I'm hoping to get back into some Auto crossing soon. So that means suspension and some minor bolts are in the works for it this summer. But I'm having a problem with the original clutch so that's getting replaced first, if you guys can recommend any shops for labor that would be helpful. I'm looking at picking up a slightly used ClutchMasters Stage 2/Lightened Flywheel, this weekend for about 275.
I guess thats about the extent of my Introduction, I look forward to meeting some of you on wednesday at the meeting.

I'd love to replace it myself I usually have weekends off, and I don't really need my car to get to work, I could make the walk if I needed to.
Problem is, I'm lacking a jack and air tools to do it. But if I had access to some tools to do it, I would. I hear most of you guys live in Prun, would they have a problem with a transmission sitting in the parking lot? lol

Just consider the transmission as some decoration for the apartment. It'd look great inside Smile

Currently in Tier 1 Tech Support, People call me with there general problems regarding their software. I mostly deal with Government organization, and Schools, some prison's. I do get the occasional old people calls, not to often. Other then that, I browse the web and drink lots of free soda's.

And as promised for your view pleasure(I hope this works, if not I'm a nub) 1997 Honda Civic Hatchback H22A powered 10.07@149mph, I helped build this car from the totaled piece of crap it used to be.

Welcome! Don't be scared off by some of the shit-talking that occurs on this forum, we're all friends and just like to give each other hell sometimes =P

Your dad's hatch sounds pretty badass... it needed to be on PINKS. Whenever they do imports vs domestic there always seems to be a "fast" Honda that ends up needing like 15 car lengths to even make it a race.
