2 (male) coworkers have them. Nice cars...

I wouldnt call them torqueless wonders. 200hp, 140 ft-lbs and they run high 14's at the dragstrip - incidentally, faster than your Subaru ( http://www.cars101.com/subaru/legacy/legacy2007.html )

I'm not gonna bench race anyone, that single site you posted has 1/4 mile discrepancies up to 1.3 seconds for the car...hardly worth even wiping your ass with.

And if you average all those times listed on that site, you're still at mid/low 14s. It'd probably be a decent race....this guy is just acting like it's a corvette or something.

Not as good as the car it replaces, but cute little coupes do attract female buyers. It's the concept of the "Secretary Car".

Eclipse, Miata, RSX (Integra), Celica, etc.

But your car doesn't determine or reflect your sexual orientation. It's like calling a turbo Forester a lesbian. I'd drive one, no matter who else does.

(Hell, I only see soccer moms driving Durangos. Doesn't stop me from driving mine)

yes, i would consider them a chick car. same with any integra ever made. that said, they are very good cars for the money. if the previous integra wasn't such a theft-magnet, i'd likely be driving a gs-r or type r to work every day. great mix of utility, economy, and performance.

One time was estimated, and the other are from 5 speed cars.

I said your subaru, you know, the automatic one.

personally, I like them a lot. FWD isn't my thing, but I really like them for what they are. I'd rather have a GS-R or ITR, but an RSXS is not something I'd turn down to drive every day to work. VTAK FTW!

the i-vtec is so seamless in them it doesn't do squat for me. sad, i'd rather a slower car just for that little kick you feel Tongue

Yeah it was a real shame we never got the DC5R Sad

But yeah the K-series engine is the best n/a 4 cylinder on the market (next to the F20). In the RSX you've got a reasonably quick car that was a pretty good step up in refinement from the Integra while being faster. The only major knock I have against it is that the suspension could've been better. A lot of pro race teams had problems getting it dialed in. Even then, it won a few championships, the most notable being British Touring Car.

Chick car? Not really. Sure, chics like it but it doesn't make it unmanly.

+1 on all comments rex made.

i loved my integra, and i like the rsx. i see chicks driving them a lot, but i also see dudes driving them. the ratio is much more balanced than say a VW jetta. i know girls that drive turbo forresters too, and she's not a lesbian, but her husband (not life partner) wanted a turbo while she wanted a wagon to haul the dogs in. makes sense to me
