It is based on a 1980 Volkswagen Rabbit body, mounted on a 1968 Jeepster slightly shortened chassis all hooked up with a nice running V-6 231 cu. in Buick engine.




i know this would probably only appeal to odd individuals like rex and jeff.. but it is cool and LOCAL.. in staunton haha.. use to see this car at the VW shows back in 98-99.. it was damn cool

THUMPER!!! thought that thing was long gone by now. i grew up with the guy who owned it. well kinda, his father owned Staunton Bowling Alley and i was in the kids leagues when i was a young'n.
