I have 2 cars that won't move

So while the Si is getting its slow and steady swap, I was driving Evan's 240, until that stopped starting up for me.

My sister complained that it wasn't starting. I check it out the next day, replace the plugs and it starts up fine. I drive it for the next 2 days fine (4 startups 50 miles), started with no hesitation.

Last night it wouldn't fire up again. Battery and starter are strong, however it doesn't sound like the fuel is priming. Fuel pump fuse is good. Bad fuel pump? Relay?

stranded!

bummer. Is it cranking at all, just not firing, what?

BTW, I have a Walbro fuel pump that was bought for an S14 but should be compatible with an S13, if you think that might be the problem.

It cranks fine all day. Just won't fire. spark looks good, new plugs.

How much for the fuel pump?

sorry to hear it chris Sad

FWIW, the starter is brand new so it should be fine (as long as you dont crank it too long at a time and overheat it)

fuel pumps are often swapped out when the SRs go in, so you should be able to find a stock one for pretty cheap.
I have a new cap and rotor you can have if you want, but if you are sure you are getting spark then it may not do any good.

try smelling the dipstick for fuel. If you did all that cranking there is probably al ot of gas in the oil and you should smell it.
