I was swapping tires and brakes for an AutoX last weekend and I noticed what appears to be the inside of my front right tire rubbing up against my front sway bar and carrying a little of the white paint off my sway onto the inside fender. What do you guys think could be causing this? I want to blame Shenandoah for this, specifically the karussel. Have you guys ever run into this before? IÔÇÖll post up pics tonight.

what kind of tires did you put on, maybe the offset is too deep in the wheel well? IS the swaybar itself in the wrong position? The carousel really could have done that, I myself am amazed that they did a turn like that, but if it damaged anything to cause it to be somewhere else, just check the endlinks and bushings. ( I am sure youve thought of that, but trying to help).

I have stock wheels from the 93+ MR2's with a slight wider 205-50r15's instead of the 195's. The poly bushings are less than 6 months old and the endlink isn't bent.

is this a known problem for MR2s? They are TRD bars, right?
It's pretty well known that the big TRD bars have problems rubbing/breaking the ABS sensor on mkIV supras. However, this isn't a consistent problem, since some cars have the problem, and others don't (I haven't). I also believe that it may be related to the alignment and other modifications used in conjunction.
I have no idea what the front suspension setup of an MR2 looks like, but turn your steering wheel full lock and pull the key out (so that the steering wheel locks in place at full lock). Then get out of the car and feel how close the tire is to the sway bar.
I've seen E30's have this problem with big tires (and a big bar, depending on where the bend is).
