My connection at home is faster than 56k, but sometimes not by much. Many times I turn off remote image loading just to speed things up. Here at work I'm tunnelled via SSH to a proxy server, which isn't *blindingly* fast either. I appreciate knowing when a thread contains several extremely large pictures. And I hardly ever click on anything in the appearance/cosmetic forum Smile

14x100k = 1400kb / 5.6kbps = 4:10 of downloading time... that is assuming their modem is running at full throttle, which i've neven seen happen Smile
