Should be the same across VA, you are talking about County Sticker? I think they usually send out the reminders around Mid Year. So, if you still have an 05 on there you might want to stop by the Clerks office and pay your $15 or whatever they are charging now.

yeah, might have to do that... I thought they would just send it to my address up here in Fairfax..

if your vehicle is garaged in another county, they still send your paperwork to the address on file with DMV.
hell, I didnt even give them an adress when I registered my car as parked in James City County.

ummm go to city hall and speak to the treasurer. my shit comes very quickly when i renew it and junks.
