south view is the best. free internet, cable, water, sewer, cheaper than most other place when i was there, decent location.

i should add that she and a friend are both transferring. her friend is in a wheelchair. so it has to be wheelchair accessible.

my friends actually used to live in a handcicapped accessible place in south view. it was first floor, had some special door, and a few other things. i guess there was no dmenad for it, so they got it.

i lived in sunchase for 3 years....some things to know:

the quality of the finishings in that place are shit. the screen door is practically the thickness of a soda can, our front door didnt fit right and leaked cold air, and one of our tables split down the middle when the glue let loose. they have to cut costs somewhere so it will show in time. and when things get busted, they jump all over you for the cost, so make sure you point out any deficiencies at the time of move in! this is a general statement for many apartments, but for a place as new as sunchase i was not happy with it. rent is not a bargain or anything either.
edit: sunchase is certainly still a nice place. just some things to look out for, yo.

parking for guests on any day after 6 is impossible

i hate NTC with the fire of a thousand suns. Fresh Air Communications is where it's at, even though it's run by a shady guy

best of luck to your friend with her house hunt.
