Blown Engine :(
#1
Now, how many people thought my SHO just blew it's engine  ? Sorry to disappoint you all, check back in another 100k miles.

On the other hand, the Jet-Ski that we bought last summer is screwed. When we bought it, the engine would not turn over. After some WD-40 in the cylinders, the thing turned over and seemed to run just fine. Got it on the river at my uncles house, ran it for 10 minutes, the thing overheated. After an inspection, you could see water bubbling out from around the head cover bolts. Tightened them down, started up, ran 10 min, overheated. Decided the head gasket was blown, so I pulled the engine this past weekend and brought it home. When I tore the head cover off, this is what I found :x . The engine was rebuilt by the previous owner - have to love the helicoil repair  . The bolts on the cover also only engaged the first 4 threads. The bottom head is completely screwed. Oh well, I wanted to put a new engine anyways.

Why do people just post what they are thinking? Without thinking.
