Workers for NASA June 11, 12 (Shenandoah)
#1
NASA hopes to see you at Shenandoah/Summit Point on June 11, 12.
As always, we can use as many corner flaggers as possible, and we will pay $75 to trained workers. Once you commit to flagging, you cannot back out since we will be depending on your presence for the event to run.

We can also use 4 other regular workers fulfilling a variety of responsibilities. (Grid, timing and scoring, tech, registration, etc.) These workers will receive credits toward a future driving event (2 weekends worked = one weekend of driving).

Peter Denbeigh has e-mailed me to say he will take one of the positions. If you want to work please post here, but also e-mail me at laura@nasaracing.net with your contact info (phone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc.)

Thanks!
Laura Cobetto

Christina's in for T&S like usual. Don't think that counts towards one of your MMers though.

We can definitely use some flaggers for this event. Please e-mail me ASAP if you can. We also need one more regular worker position.

Thanks,

Thanks Mike! Actually, I am sure Kaan would love some help in Tech early that Saturday morning since he will be Chief of Tech. Richard is not able to be there for that event, so Kaan will be Chief. (Thanks Kaan!!!!)

Will you be training new people for flagging ahead of time like the last event? If so I might flag along with a friend if he can get trained.

I think we can arrange training for that weekend, and I will check. Have you flagged solo for us before? I am not sure who you are by your screen name. E-mail me at laura@nasaracing.net

Peter,
I have been checking this thread to keep up with who is coming and I didn't check my own start of the thread to see your name on the list! So glad you posted, and we can definitely use your help! Sorry for the lack of communication.

I would like for you to be present by 7-7:15AM to help out with Kaan at tech. If you are able to be there Friday night to help at tech in the evening, that is great too but not required. Saturday and Sunday, you will either be helping at start or in grid depending on where our needs are at that time. I will let you know for certain on Saturday morning. I may also have you be on keg duty to go pick up the kegs Saturday afternoon for the party at Triple J Convenience store with someone else too.
E-mail me at laura@nasaracing.net if you have any questions!
