I'm sure Hampton Roads isn't the only spot with one of these, but about a year ago a business opened here called Rent-a-Lift. $25/hr gets you a lift, tools, and fluid disposal. I don't have a garage, so this is actually pretty tempting for me for my rotor replacement on the Z06 coming up.
