ItÔÇÖs time once again for the biggest event of the year. Our annual Motorsports Extravaganza
The date is set and is fast approaching, and we want to see YOU there!! Come join the crew from Madison Motorsports and show off your ride.
Saturday, April 14th
10 AM to 2 PM
C5 and R1 Lots, on the JMU Campus
located off of Cantrell Avenue
$10 to show, $5 for MMers
FREE to spectate
Import ÔÇó Euro ÔÇó Domestic ÔÇó Classic ÔÇó 4├ù4 ÔÇó Motorcycle
Various companies and vendors will be on-site to support the show! As always, our good friends at Subaru North America will be present with their latest go-fast goodness. Other local groups may be bringing out some cool stuff as well.
We are thinking of doing a scholarship in the name of the late Bob Wade for our charity donation this year.
So get out those calendars and save the date! Come on out and support MM, show off your ride, and spend the day hanging out with like-minded enthusiasts of all ages!

Let's get the word out early this year!! Feel free to post the flyer above to every forum you know of (and let us know here, to avoid duplicates).
Also -- JMU Breakdance and DJ Grant should provide some awesome entertainment! Encourage everyone to come out and have a good time. We will most likely be having some sort of post-show shenanigans like usual. Stay tuned for details on that.

Is this the same image you guys are using to make flyers? I'm going to hit up the Great Falls Cars and Coffee meet sometime this month, and I've run into a few JMU alums up there. I want to print out some flyers to bring with me and see if i can't sweet talk a few wealthy alumni into making the trip down.

If we can find the money in our budget I'd like to get these printed in nice quality. Not sure what that's going to cost yet but looking into it. I swung by a ton of places today and the show is shaping up nicely!

Change in lots is because of the plethora of events going on that day. We decided the 14th was the best date for us and had to compete for space with Relay for Life(hillside lot/field/ TDU) and Madipalooza(east campus). There will be around 10k people on and off campus that day. These lots actually are more easily accessible and I'll have a diagram up with the layout the weeks leading up to the event.

^ While many folks will probably be at their respective events I think we need to flyer bomb the crap out of campus with a prospective 10k people being on and off to gain exposure.. Especially with Madipalooza..

Ohh, we'll make a scene trust me haha. I've got some tricks up my sleeves and I'm sure others do as well. If I get Bdubs on campus I want to get the dorms involved in an intra-dorm blazing wing challenge to get some peeps out.
