1997 BMW 328i Convertible - JPolen01 - 10-16-2011

My girlfriend's dad decided it was time to get rid of his DD for something a little newer so his 1997 BMW 328i Convertible is up for sale. I told him I would post this here for all the BMW fanboiiis. Asking price is $3,200 but all offers will be considered. You can email me at jpolen01@gmail.com or call 443 803 7017. I'll answer questions to the best of my ability and will forward serious buyers to the sell. Here goes nothing.

Garage kept 1997 Silver BMW 328i Convertible with Grey leather interior, black top. Body is in excellent condition ! Sport suspension package with traction control, 5 speed manual transmission. 202,000 miles. Original clutch will need to be replaced soon. Convertible top is in great condition, although the top will not go all the way down and will need to be adjusted. Driver seat leather will need to be repaired or slip cover may need to be installed, see photo. Synthetic oil changes only.

The 3 series BMW's are some of the best cars on the road ! This has been a very dependable car and with a little TLC it will offer many years of fun driving with the top down. They really are the "Ultimate Driving Machines "

Looks really well taken care of. He shouldn't have too much trouble selling this.

Yeah the body is in great shape. Always garaged. Only flaw is the drivers seat which is just normal wear and tear for a car this old. The clutch is going but for the price it's listed at that's not really a problem.

Wow, miles. Not really surprised though, they are tough drivetrains and it'll last forever.

Got any interior pix? And the rear window on these is plastic... a photo of that (just to show condition) would be good to include as well.

I'll pass the link along if I can think of anyone looking for a solid, cheap DD.

No other pictures at the moment. You can see where the driver seat is torn in the picture. The rest of the interior is pretty good shape since there were hardly ever passengers. The top is in good condition as stated and I believe the back window is also in good shape. If anyone is serious, I can get more detailed pictures of what they would like to see.
