Come by and say what's up, encourage people to come out and get learned about how awesome MM is and what they've been missing in their lives.... does anyone have the cardboard display we used last year??

September 17th
Fiesta en Fuego
Rex and Jewels Casa

Rex and Jewels have been gracious enough to accept MM over for some good eats  .Be respectful and steal your parents change so you can afford a side dish.More info to come (I'll update this as the Fiesta en Fuego thread is updated)

Start talking this up now, mention it to all your friends across Virginia, and email any t-shirt designs you can think up PRONTO! Much, much more to come on this.

Oh and enjoy your summer while it's still here. I'm beaching it in Deleware right now Big Grin

Drive Safe,

Cody

I'm not sure where the cardboard display board went... was pretty sure I handed it off to you or another officer? I'll double-check that it didn't end up in Fairfax somehow.

Just curious, i was never able to make it out to org night, do we have like a pamphlet or something that we hand out that outlines the club and what autox is?

Not a pamphlet, just a flyer with the date of the first meeting on it. We hand them out and just give people a quick description and invite them to the first meeting to learn more about it.

In past semesters, I'd printed a brief schedule on the back of the flyer with the first like... 2 or 3 big dates on there (welcome BBQ, things like that). The front has our website URL on it, so I figure people will go there for information.

What does it take to build a QR code so it takes them straight there? That'd be neat...

There are free QR code makers all over the interwebs, just submit the URL and get a QR image.
