CDC Autox 6/11/2011 Bowie, MD - D_Eclipse9916 - 06-07-2011
I always forget to post up about autoxs I do, and I know a bunch of newer MMers are in the NOVA area now. There is an autocross with Capital Driving Club this Saturday in Bowie, MD.
Capital Driving Club is relatively cheap, and has a really good run format for relaxing. 3 runs in the mornign and then ANOTHER 3-4 runs in the afternoon for a total of 6-7 runs. They also have a pax system so no "classes" just based off of pax and not based on SCCA pax rules (thank god). They also have free food such as chips, dollar hot dogs, 2 dollar sausages, and free drinks.

I wish I could go, but I'll be at the beach. kinda bitter sweet since I love the beach but I want to keep my points up this season. I still haven't done an autox with the new wheels/tires. Im curious to see how much faster I'll be compared to ryan p

Turned out to be a beautiful day. Got lazy and just ran the street tires. 1st in PAX.
