WTB - Snapper or other small riding lawn mower - Jeff - 04-28-2011 As title says. Maybe someone knows someone who has one? Looking for a rear engine 30in or less cut Snapper or Ames lawn mower. Would consider other mowers but I want SMALL and riding. Thanks! Re: WTB - Snapper or other small riding lawn mower - JustinG - 04-28-2011 how bout your lazy ass get a push mower! or even better, get your fiance/wife a push mower! Re: WTB - Snapper or other small riding lawn mower - xvxax - 04-28-2011 Be honest, when is the last time your wife mowed the lawn? Re: WTB - Snapper or other small riding lawn mower - JustinG - 04-28-2011 She is "Allergic", but doesnt mean there isnt hope for others! Re: WTB - Snapper or other small riding lawn mower - Jeff - 04-28-2011 JustinG Wrote:She is "Allergic"+1 Anyway, I do my lawn and my neighbors and he does the trimming. I have a really nice trimmer but I hate using the damn thing. So this is a better deal for me and a rider makes it possible to do two lawns in less time then it takes me to walk one. The Snapper would make it take a little longer but I need a small mower to be able to store it inside. Anything bigger then 30in cut and it will have to sit outside. Looking at a 38in cut Toro but it is at the right price....$75. Re: WTB - Snapper or other small riding lawn mower - ScottyB - 04-28-2011 for posterity
Re: WTB - Snapper or other small riding lawn mower - Jeff - 04-28-2011 ...yeah...pretty much. Re: WTB - Snapper or other small riding lawn mower - Jeff - 04-29-2011 Scored a 30in cut snapper with a 10HP (!!!!) engine on it! Originally a 6 the guy converted it. BAWLIN. Guy lives right across the street from me. I walked over to ask him what he liked about it and if he thought one would work as well for me as I thought it would. He says "funny you should ask, my wife just hired a lawn mowing company and told me to sell the mower." Got it for $150. I might post a pic if I am bored. Re: WTB - Snapper or other small riding lawn mower - Goodspeed - 04-29-2011 This sounds like the perfect contender for that aborted MM nitrous kit floating around in someone's closet.... Re: WTB - Snapper or other small riding lawn mower - Jake - 05-02-2011 ...and underglow? I may have some limo tint around too. Re: WTB - Snapper or other small riding lawn mower - Ryan T - 05-02-2011 Congrats! I was looking or a Snapper for a while until I stumbled upon a Huskee 13hp 38" cut that I could have if I could get it to start. Charged the battery up and rode it 15 minutes through the neighborhood back to my house. Maybe we could drag race mowers sometime? I need to get mine up off the ground and sharpen/level the blades before I mow with it again. Some call it a sling blade, others call it a kaiser blade. Mmmhmm.

Please, ive posted up about it, someone just needs to use it. (btw its an intercooler kooler kit, not nitrous injection). In fact, im posting it up on some forums and selling it, proceeds go to MM of course. |
