For you college students - Big Screen TV! - Ken - 04-20-2011 Hey guys, not sure how many of you have seen it, but I'm selling the big screen TV that was in my apartment this year. It's a 46" Toshiba DLP projection, with a max resolution of 1080i. It has served me well for several years both here and at home. The only reason it wound up here is that it was too wide for my mom's new set up and home so she bought an LCD. I know in other threads DLP's have taken a hit but I honestly think this TV puts out a great picture, especially when i was using it for 360 and even blu-ray. Model#: 46HM84 Pros: Perfect College TV - Taken a beating and still puts out a great picture. 1080i and 46 inches Pretty loud built in speakers (Tested them once, i always had an external sound system so they're pretty much virgin speakers, but they did play clearly and loudly) Cons: Slight mark on the bottom left from when a drunk bitty spilled beer/hopskip on it. Doesn't really affect viewing at all though IMO Only one HDMI input, although you could use an extender or whatever but i never found it to be an issue Bulb is currently dead. I will replace it but it will cost more if I do. I will provide information on what the bulb is and the cheapest place to buy it.
