Who has the MM NASA WOTY Placque? - Goodspeed - 02-25-2011
Just a heads up, there is a trophy/memorabilia case opening at the OG Racing track store at Summit Point. We're looking for cool stuff to place in it and that one came to mind (2007 or 08? Worker of the Year Award) - if its on the wall in somebody's house thats cool, but I figured if its in the bottom of someone's closet this could be a fitting/visible spot for it (since JMU doesn't have a place for it - at least they didn't when I petitioned for it forever :lol: )

We've got it at the moment. I have it displayed, but Rex and I got our own award this past October, so I can bring it by OG whenever. But I want to make sure everyone is on board with this. We have it only because the club didn't want it lost, and I guess we seemed like the most stable people. HaHa.

An option to consider I guess - I'd still rather have it displayed at JMU somewhere. You and Rex are good reps of the MM NASA worker/relationship so I by no means oppose you guys having it

Like she said, Rex & Julie have an award, we'd rather the MM WOTY award go somewhere that people will, you know, see it.

No need to come out to Sterling - you can give it directly to Margaret at the track store the next time y'all are at Summit. I can give her a heads up if you let me know when that will be.

It'll be the April event for NASA. April 9-10, I think.

Let me send an email to Margaret (the lady who runs the store) and see if she's still running with this display case idea. You honestly just reminded me of it and I haven't heard much about it lately. I'll PM you tomorrow.
