Since Maeng posted his little deal about going to do interviews at JMU, I figured I'd also mention that the company I work for here in Charlottesville is hiring like gangbusters:

If you have any kind of J2EE experience, I can *almost* guarantee you an interview. A TS/SCI clearance is a plus, but not necessary for developers. Cleared sysadmins/testers/documenters are also high on the want list. Benefits/pay are excellent and commiserate with experience.
