Rolling of the fenders? - Ken - 03-30-2010 Hey guys, looking for some help here situation is as follows: My car stock sits on 18x7 wheels with a +46 offset. Tires are 215/45/18. Seeing as how i'm currently sitting on winters i've decided i'd leave the stockers for winter duty and buy myself a whole new set of wheels + tires. I was able to find someone selling some Enkeis that are 18x8.5 with a +35 offset. Tires are Sumitomo's HTR III's, 235/40/18. Issues here is, through the Ralliart forum, i was able to determine that with that wheel it should fit, but i MAY or may not experience some bumpage when driving hard or hitting a bump in the rear wheels. So that brings me to my question, how much would i most probably have to roll the fender if i do have an issue, and how noticeable of a change is it from the outside? Thanks in advance. Re: Rolling of the fenders? - kcook - 03-30-2010 Are your fenders the same as the Evo X? If so, those should fit fine with no rolling. The new evo body style can fit some wide setups Re: Rolling of the fenders? - fiveoh2go - 03-30-2010 My rear fenders are rolled. You can't tell that they are unless you look inside the wheel well or run your hand along the wheel arch.
