Why on Earth BMW would feel the need to do this, I don't know. I never thought I'd see the day where there was a FWD BMW.

Considering they overpriced the 1 and most people I've seen driving a Mini are older, probably pretty big.

I think all the rules got thrown out when everyone stared making SUVs.

It looks like a 318, only good.

I think it looks awesome. But it is tragic that its not RWD, it really would have been what I thought the 1 should have been.

if we even see this platform in the US i'll be surprised. BMW won't abandon their trademark RWD platforms for their bread and butter cars anyway, IMO
