Fer the record, the Bobcats just recommend Step 1 of those instructions, or something very similar, followed by a half hour cool down. I dunno why they STILL don't have that on their site. Probably because their site sucks.

This is what I've done with my Stoptechs bed in awhile back. With medium pedal force 40-10 5-6 times. Then with hard pedal force 80-0 5-6 times. Worked for me. Didn't read any instructions just did it. Basically any harder stops several times will be fine from what I understand? I feel like bedding twice is a bit ridiculous like Stoptech says on their race pads. Even Hawk DTCs only require one bed in just remember to cover any ducts.
