I was steadily getting better for awhile but then I started fooling around with the Slash and Dash loadout and got too used to running around like a lunatic (or Chan) stabbing people. I'm finding now that I can't stab as many people with Slash and Dash anymore because people are getting wise to it. Problem was that I was kind of used to running around recklessly so my K/D started to suffer. So I switched back to my more stealthy approach and promptly got my first flawless (14-0).
I think my next thing will be to start experimenting with some more different loadouts and different strategies. I also haven't tried all of the different types of games yet either so I'll have to do some of that.

I like the ACOG sight but I find it's too slow to aim in a face to face confrontation. Is that why you put steady aim on?

Yea...I use hip fire a descent amount and it helps on with the shotty. But if I'm on a big map, and in a confined space my shotgun is usually already out.

I admit, I'm not very good. But any game where I don't finish last is a good one, so I stay happy, and generally "break even" on my K/D.

I've gotten to where I usually stay in the top 3. In hardcore any match above half is good for me. My clan only plays hardcore...I'm not as good without the HUD. Did you unlock the WA2000 and the silencer last night Rex?

I get that alot. "You fucking camper jewfag!" And I'm like...uh...if I've killed you, you know where I am. Come get me you little bitch. I guess I could see being pissed about it if you're in, say, a deathmatch, but I was playing sabotage, camping right by my "defend" spot, and it's not MY fault you didn't look around before you started planting the bomb now is it? NO. IT IS NOT. So how about a 7.62 pain pill to make you feel better?

Yeah it's silly to complain about camping. Look at the killcam if it bothers you so much. If you can't kill someone that you know is in the same spot then you need to get more skillz. Or just don't go there again.
One thing I find funny is that I don't think anyone has ever figured it out when I put C4 on the flag in Domination. "We're losing Alpha!" - BOOM!

And to be honest, i'm dying A LOT when i show on my screen i'm firing (and hitting) but then when the kill cam comes around to see their version, i'm not firing a shot. OR i'm getting cover and i think i'm good to go but i'm not, so i assume that they shot through the wall... but the kill cam will show me just starting to go for cover but getting shot up, etc. Also, i'm either blind or they just dont show on my screen... because i cant see them for shit and well, i stick out like a sore thumb. even when i think i'm hiding!
Im finally starting to kill people more than i die, no matter what game i'm playing... kill more die less, and still defend flags etc. but some games i'm still getting raped. i'll go from a game where i'm like 16 and 5 and then the next game i'm 5 and 30.
is C4 proximity and remote?

i've also been shot by a thumper from clear across the map... and the shot had to go through a window and out of a blown up side of a building... but the guy did it. and its on the map i hate the most. i've tried to duplicate it but i cant. apparently the guy figured out that if you stand here, aim the thumper here, and they say "C is being taken" that he can shoot from A and still kill you lol.... its the one brazilian map that has a lot of roof top guys generally near C, and A is up the hill with the blown up VWs. i cant remember the name.
edit: I'd also have to say i'm a better team player than a solo artist. Especially in Domination matches. I also have a lot of cover spots that require more than one person... but can literally cut off 1/3 (or more) of the map with 2 people. Leech and I were in a match last night where the two of us were constantly repelling at least 4 people. and we didnt have an issue until ammo ran low. if my ammo runs out, i just run out in the open and wait to die
edit #2: anyone else notice (i know rex and matt have) that no matter what "game" you are playing, its a deathmatch to everyone else, and winning be damned!
edit #3: i'm leaving in 8 minutes... be home and logged in by 4:15... who wants to get some games?

Usually if i'm in a good sniping position, i try not to come out of the prone or the scope much since there is a full 5-seconds prior to the kill that the kill-cam catches. Now, if there was only something i could do about eliminating those damn muzzle flashes...
I also like how IÔÇÖve found the mute toggle in the past couple weeks. IÔÇÖm waiting to the the M21 sniper gun and thermal sights for the sniper gun

Last night Rex and I got some games. Its much easier to level when you win. The match bonus must be at least double.
anyway, i feel the Mini Uzi sucks... it took entire mags to take someone down. even kill cams show me emptying the gun into the chest of someone running up to stab me but they didnt die... do i highly doubt the damage rating on it. I went back to the 45 sub gun.
its funny how not having concern with your kills/death ratio, but playing domination to win... can make two people beat or damn near beat a full group trying to play the game like a death match.
i might get some games tonight, definately sunday evening. i feel like if "we" gamers of MM made up a little squad and played the game to win... our kill/death wouldnt suck AND we'd be able to level up fast as hell.
