Anyone looking to fill a spot next year? I'm trying to get something set up for next year, and a fellow gearhead would be nice to live with.

Don't know how much of a "gearhead" i really am but i do love cars in general and we have two open rooms for next year, tech they are open now lol.

Its nice to live with gearheads as they deal with the random wheels/tires turbos/ head/blocks etc in the apt. My freshman year roommate didnt mind tooo much but he was out of it, and failed out second semester anyway.

Livin with car guys sucks. Fuck motors and tires and DSM parts. I mean, it's one thing to have a classy ass 2jz wine bottle holder and 275 tires, but busted DSM parts and greasy broken shit blows.

A fuel pump. Thats all I had in the common area, a damn fuel pump (in a bag), and both of these assholes gave me shit about it :finger:
I don't count the swaybars, since they were under the couch. Out of sight, out of mind.

Yes. It was meant to act as a sort of ancient Egyptian curse or something like Pandora's box. Ye who shall open the box, shall suffer eternal damnation of 80's Toyota complexity and fuel tanks that must be removed from thy vehicle in its entirety to retrieve the unholy pump.

That's with cable and internet, Water and electric is separate but i've never paid more than 30 a month for it.

Somehow it rose dramatically in the three years I was there. Despite the economy, despite a glut of houses just being finished. I figure next year they may have to suspend increases/lower it as they just cant fill apts.

I'm in P-Run now. A furnished place is $360 (considered cheap around here) and utilities are another ~$45 per month.

Yeah, it's steep but the place is nice. Probably unnecessary things like granite counter tops and the included 42 inch plasma but the two water heaters and two sets of washer driers are a nice touch. Plus 4.5 BRs.
Like DJ said though it seems that most developments have realized that there are more places than there are students living off campus and are again seeing price as a point of competition. I heard Copper Beech is severely dropping their rates, i'm hoping charleston townes follows suit.
