FS: Freshman Parking Spaces - Ken - 09-03-2009

Just realized i should have done this last year but my parking lot requires no passes and is ALWAYS empty. Not to mention i should have four people living in my place and we only have two. Close to campus, very well lit and we have never had any problems in our lot with vandalism. Figure 100 dollars for the year.

Just curious, where is this?

Sounds like open parking... so why would someone pay you?

I knew a super secret ninja parking place when I was in school there. Y'all have probably found it, but it's the street inside of the parking lot of I believe the Sigma Nu house, right near the train tracks before the co-op. There are only about maybe 10 spaces, but it's super close to campus and not many people knew that they didn't tow there.

I thought the same thing, but perhaps by you paying him you gain his "protection" by him vouching for you living at the address they are allocated to.

^ This reason. People do start realizing one car hasn't moved, it's at Charleston Townes.
