What is he up to? - KPWSerpiente - 08-11-2004 Yes yes, I said I'd do slicks but late night shopping owns me and I've got a couple other items coming...some stuff has already arrived. I don't have a camera to take pictures, but: timing belt, water pump, arp head studs and a metal headgasket are here. Probably next week for the rest of it. My shit takes a week to get here from the west coast....why does FnF get stuff from Japan overnight?? I know I told Scott he'd get to drive it exactly as it came off the dyno but it's going to be different, for the better. -T - .RJ - 08-11-2004 Might not be a bad idea to have the head decked while its off. - Mike - 08-11-2004 You need NOS. - Chris - 08-11-2004 MichaelJComputer Wrote:You need NOS. "2 big bottles... and I need it NOW" - KPWSerpiente - 08-11-2004 Pulling the head off? I don't even know what you are talking about. This shit is just to look at... -T - .RJ - 08-11-2004 Oh, in that case put the studs in the wing and mount the headgasket on that. Will make you go faster. - Chris - 08-12-2004 so Travis, would you consider any autox's or even a HPDE event this year? you should at the least come check out a NASA event. We're also going to work on scheduling drag strip days for those who are interested and announce them at meetings and such to cater to all. - KPWSerpiente - 08-12-2004 ^I'm all about doing some of these events. The HPDE's are $$ but I can obviously work some weekends for those, and the autox's are something I need to try out but everyone that was held last year was at a bad time for me, or too far away. I'm willing to try just about anything but rallyx (I watched some of that at Orange last year and did a ride along....that isn't for my car. -T |
