So what do you guys think? The paint didn't turn out that good, but from a distance its not too bad. The yellow mirrors are growing on me, but I'm not sure if I like them yet. I'm so glad its done... way too much work. Emblems are on the way soon.

The yellow's growing on me, too. Are you going to do some vinyl work to match the trim? It's cool to see another car coming along so well. Keep up the good work!

yeah some vinyl work is a possibility. not for a while though.

Looks good man! I mean if you can take the constructive criticism it does look a bit splotchy and dull especially on the hood (I'm guessing you didn't put on much or any clearcoat for that look?) but it is a racecar and it does look a lot better than when it started! Can't wait to hear about your track follies with it~

You know, for a track car, I think it looks pretty good. It'll photograph well for spectators, and you will definitely stand out with the yellow bits. Nice work Smile

car looks awesome Chris! Can't wait to see it out on track, the blue and yellow mesh very well.

For vinyl, I'd recommend a giant yellow shocker on the hood and "Lock dem shits up!!" in yellow text on the lip of the trunk.

I will pay for the trunk sticker... :twisted:

that may be why.. the paint just looks blotchy. Doesn't matter tho, its just a track car

i 100% appreciate the work it took and it's good enough for a track car, but i ain't gonna lie, i think it looks like crap Tongue

could be your camera or compression just adding some artifacts though... i'd have to see it in person.
