Superbowl Predictions - Ryan T - 02-01-2009 So I'm a Steelers fan, so obviously I have them as the favorites. My guess: Steelers: 17 Cardinals: 7 Defensive Player of the Game: Troy Polamalu Offensive Player of the Game: Larry Fitzgerald - Mike - 02-01-2009 cards 20 steelers 17 - WRXtranceformed - 02-01-2009 Some other opinions: http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2009/f ... ml?eref=T1 I think it's not even going to be a good game. If the Steelers do what they always do with their defense and can take Fitz and Boldin out of the game, the Cards are going to get worn the f down all day long. I'm still bitter that it's not a Pittsburgh / Charlotte Superbowl. Aside from being a Panthers fan that would, imo, be a much more exciting game assuming that Delhomme brought his A-game. Oh well, maybe next year. - Sijray21 - 02-01-2009 Steerlers: 24 Cards: 14 - Apoc - 02-01-2009 24-17 Pitt - Mike - 02-01-2009 WRXtranceformed Wrote:I'm still bitter that it's not a Pittsburgh / Charlotte Superbowl. Oh well, maybe next year. sorry, the panthers (imo) are one of the least exciting teams in the nfl. i don't know what it is... delhomo, their awful colors, the fact i still consider them an expansion team... dunno. i just can't take them seriously. - .RJ - 02-01-2009 Go skins! - JohnC - 02-01-2009 38-24-34, cheerleaders... - Madden - 02-01-2009 27-13 steelers - Apoc - 02-01-2009 Mike Wrote:sorry, the panthers (imo) are one of the least exciting teams in the nfl. i don't know what it is... delhomo, their awful colors, the fact i still consider them an expansion team... dunno. i just can't take them seriously. plus julio - WRXtranceformed - 02-01-2009 Are you shitting me about the Panthers? Get out of here Team colors? Expansion team? pfffft... I'll give you Delhomme, I think the guy is an asswipe, but the Panthers have a great defense and really exciting offensive weapons. They're definitely more exciting to watch now than the Deadskins... and I do still consider myself a Washington fan.I swear sometimes you guys just argue for the sake of arguing. - Apoc - 02-01-2009 WRXtranceformed Wrote:Panthers have a great defense and really exciting offensive weapons. - .paul - 02-01-2009 what is the over under? - Apoc - 02-01-2009 47 and Cards +7 The market has the under and Cards +7 pretty heavily favored. - .paul - 02-01-2009 yeah, seems good. - Maengelito - 02-01-2009 what about the puppy bowl?
- Evan - 02-01-2009 A lot of steelers fans are annoying and I like kurt warner so i guess ill pulll for arizona but i think pitt is the better team and if the hamburgler doesnt fuck up too bad they will win by 10 - WRXtranceformed - 02-01-2009 Apoc Wrote:Delhomme arguably single handedly lost that game for Carolina, I wouldn't exactly dock the entire team as not exciting because their quarterback had one of the worst games of his life. :wink:WRXtranceformed Wrote:Panthers have a great defense and really exciting offensive weapons. I hope the Cardinals kick their asses. Anyway, for predictions, I predict that John Madden will bless us with some useless jibberish. |
