Saw this on TOV and thought it was a pretty scary crash to walk away from:

i thought it was a 100mph hit from a standstill. the accord was already doing 74.
still impressive but i was expecting a billion times worse.

Most of that damage is probably from the roll. Which is still impressive that the cabin structure held up like that through multiple high speed rolls.

Very impressive how well the structure held up in the wreck considering what happened, but I was also expecting a standstill hit + totally demolished car. Wish he shared some more info on the other driver/F150 and what happened there.

Wrong of the guy to continue on, but after looking at the pics of the accord for some reason I laughed at the irony of it all. Sorry, guess I had a demented moment.

Yeah you can see the damage in the rear doesn't look terribly bad, it's all the roll damage that makes it look somewhat gruesome. I'm just surprised that a roll at that kind of speed without a rollbar didn't result in death or serious injury. I guess it depends on what speed the vehicle started rolling at.
