After seeing where you placed in the Nov races, you better get some simulation software and work on your driving lines. That is a top 5 car in the sprint races and a top 3 in the enduro...maybe even better considering that it is now in SM trim instead of SSM trim....

SV650 - fix busted engine mounting bolt (remove engine, take to machine shop), new rearsets (further back), and get some work done on the suspension setup. There's a lot of other things I'd like to do, like new bodywork and paint and replace the dinged up exhaust can, but that stuff gets expensive and I wont go any faster.

Build a new mountain bike, starting with this - http://ninerbikes.com/air9.html . Hopefully I can score some ebay/craigslist deals on parts. I'll buy the parts and bribe ginger with pop tarts and pizza to assemble it for me

I wont be able to turn any wrenches so I'll probably pay someone to do the work on the SV for me [Image: rj.gif] [Image: rj.gif] [Image: rj.gif]

i thought you said it was a mid-pack car....

- PDenbigh - 11-14-2008

XR: Tune, tune, and tune some more,
fix the F'd up brak bias, brake ducts,
and little things here and there. (woah, wait, that's it!? Could this mean it's done!? Nevar!!!)

F150: Install a limited slip/locking rear end, build a platform in the back for truck camping

Trailer: Install winch, pressurewash/treat wooden deck, paint.

I was just thinking earlier today that I was gonna start a winter projects thread, good call!

Miata:
maintenance stuff
(new plugs, wires, oil, tranny, diff, coolant, brake fluid, etc.)
new clutch
-find and replace leaking rear main seal or front trans seal
learn to align the damn thing on my own
-new camber eccentric bolts
finish re-installing A/C because I can't drive the car during the summer
new seats if budget allows

STi:
change oil sometime soon
wash and wax before it starts snowing
maybe buy a Borla Hush catback if I get a crazy good deal on one

House:
improve attic access in the garage to put in floorboards
store more stuff in attic above garage
powerwash the siding
seal the driveway
(probably do those last two when it starts getting warmer and not colder)

- Dave - 11-14-2008

Build my garage/kingdom.

Z:
Finish body wiring
Mod gas tank and fit electric fuel pump
Other projects depend on funding and garage build

NX: nothing
(maybe tires and front brakes if I convince myself to track it next year)

F250:
Replace driver window motor

- Steve85 - 11-14-2008

Car:
-find and fix upper rpm misfire
-eliminate rattle in left rear
-better cargo area carpet
-replace all front suspension bushings
-keep mice out (they setup a 3 story, 2 bed, 1 bath TH behind the dash last year)

House:
-Purge, purge, purge
-organize basement storage area to open up room for a little work area
-punch list on the 142 unfinished projects

- Jeff - 11-14-2008

House -
Build Fence
Paint upstairs
Get bedroom wired (TV on wall) and set up finally
Build wall in basement...drop ceiling?

Daytona -
Touch it...do something with it...sell it...WTF ever. I want something done with this car before spring, no matter what that something is.

Toyota -
Get my freaking dad to sell it to me....and then offroad the shit outta it.

- Mike - 11-14-2008

clean garage, finish vfr, replace radiator on civic and integra, sell integra, park civic in garage, run a lot.

I guess I shouldn't compare the times I turned on a practice day with SSM setup against your times with a SM setup......

Was it warm up here?

It was cold. You also have a little more SM experience (this was only my 3rd weekend in the car). In all seriousness, any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I would like to go to a practice day though

- WRXtranceformed - 11-14-2008

Make money! Just went on 100% commission so work, alcohol and my girlfriend consume most of my days. I don't have much desire to turn the TL-S into a true project... but I do need to get new tires and flush the tranny within the next 10k miles. Oh and repaint the rear bumper, I put some scratches on it like a retard (dont ask)...

- Ole - 11-14-2008

I'll let you know when the next practice day is. Send me some video and I will give you all the pointers you want. Start with "go faster"......

No video. I was not pushing the car in any of the races. I had to get through the inital 4 races on the provisional license w/o any contact (and on Sat I did manage to get a new dent in the door, so I backed way off in race #2)
