Should there really be laws against.... - BLINGMW - 07-17-2008

bestiality and necrophilia? I mean, as long as it's not in public, and it's your pet, cow, horse, whatever, or your dead person, who's the victim? I mean, obviously we're dealing with a messed up person... but if we jail them for those crimes, maybe they'll just turn to rape or child molestation?

Channing Preston... for real?

- Evan - 07-17-2008

your dead person? seriously?

This is excellent. My coworkers can't figure out what's wrong with - but that was the funniest exchange I've read all day.

The real problem here isn't the legality of relations with a dead person, it's warming them up in the microwave...it's like a giant hotpocket! Hot on the outside but... nope! Still cold in the middle.

Well I think for animals it gets into animal cruelty but with dead people, well what really is the crime? I suppose since they're dead they can't give consent, but at the same time they're dead so they're not really a victim.

For necrophilia the thing is, where is this person getting these bodies. If they obtain dead bodies through perfectly legal means then I can't see why someone should go to jail for having, "relations". If they're helping people to get dead in order to have sex with them...

Chan and I had a discussion a long time back about which one was worse. I used to say bestiality, because you could have sex with a dead person by accident. You could be having sex, the other person dies, and you've now had sex with a dead person. But since necrophilia means someone who likes to have sex with dead people I'll have to agree that it is worse than bestiality.

How do you get a dead body legally as an individual? Not for medical/research purposes. Is that even possible.

- Jeff - 07-17-2008

There is probably some health code issues.

- Apoc - 07-17-2008

A better question is why sodomy laws still exist.

Oh no... OT! LOCK IT!!!!! :!: :!:

- JackoliciousLegs - 07-17-2008

I don't know.. because that shit is awesome.

- JustinG - 07-17-2008

WTF?

I don't know? I mean, if a loved one dies, can't you bury them in your backyard? Aren't they your dead person? I mean, they certianly aren't their own dead person. And really, it's not a person.

And the animals, I mean, as long as you're not hurting them right? I don't think you're going to hurt an animal's "feelings" by having sex with it. Their psyche isn't going to be damaged, they're not going to grow up to be violent or something.

pun intended?

I don't know if it's "better", but I'd put it in the same category. Legislating morality by someone else's religious ethics. Allowing the majority to rule through law. Most of us are against something, even though it doesn't hurt anyone, it disgusts us, so let's make a law. We've been used to it for too long so it doesn't seem like a big deal, but really, it is. It wouldn't be any different to start making women cover their faces in public or banning pork.

Of course not.

Well, more of us are likely to participate in sodomy than bestiality and necrophilia combined so I'd say better. Smile

I dont know what kind of bizzaro microwave you put your hot pockets in, but every time I cook a hot pocket, the outside might be lukewarm but for some reason, the inside is like the core of the sun.

- BLINGMW - 07-17-2008

where do you get access to a microwave big enough for a person anyway? :?:
