1995 BMW M3 - Dakar Yellow - .paul - 06-17-2008

Up for sale is a car I do not really want to get rid of, but it needs to be put to good use as opposed to once a week driving.

1995 BMW M3 - Dakar Yellow
102xxx miles, Engine runs strong. I bought the car from my best friend who moved to Japan and his parents drove it once a week to go golfing. When I got it, I had it professionally detailed and completely wet sanded. I had the spoiler removed, and bought a new trunk lid and painted by D&V Autobody. The paint looks decent for a 13 year old car.

Here are some of the Mods:

Bilstein Coilovers with top hats
x brace
racing dynamics front tower bar
new Control arms
new exedy clutch at about 92k miles
in dash dvd & navigation with 2008 DVD
I know the speakers have been replaced, not sure with what.
arm rest & cup holders
ssr comp wheels
new head liner
leather seats retreated
some angel eye headlights

There are some other things that I probably forgot or do not know about.

I am asking 13500obo. I will have more pictures up, but this is the only one I have handy currently on my blackberry

I bought it with the intent to just keep it, fix it up and just hold on to it. garage space is tight, and I never drive it. maybe RJ will buy it, he is a sucker for buying cars Tongue

- .RJ - 06-17-2008

No more cars. I gotta get this VW sold and then I am free....

- .paul - 06-17-2008

having 2 cars, a roommate in the garage, and now the bike coming back to the TH is not comfortable.

I hope I can get rid of this, would be great for a hikeschooler!

Your roommate lives in the garage?

- .paul - 06-17-2008

hey i love rent money, goes straigh to savings, plus he has a lot of shit that i didnt have to buy when moving in. makes life easy.

- HAULN-SS - 06-17-2008

I rented out a room at my house, i tell them up front they can put shit int he basement, but the garage is mine. partly because you don't want to have that conversation when they open their door into the side of your car or something.

- xvxax - 06-17-2008

who did your headliner

- .paul - 06-17-2008

my room mate has an 07 x5, he is very meticulous about it.

no clue, was done by previous friend up here in NoVA. i can ask if you really want, will take a few days to get a response.

- xvxax - 06-17-2008

is it just me or does the rear quater to the door not match at all? Also the rear bumper is all yellow when it should be black at the bottom. Possible past rear end accident maybe?

nice car none the less. Ill spread the word

- .paul - 06-18-2008

yes there was a rear end. - it was repainted, the previous owner tried to paint match but really goofed it.

the hood and roof and trunk are the proper colors Tongue

and he had the black diffuser looking thing color matched

from afar it looks perfect Wink
