Walmart also has some good tool sets.

the metric socket set is a very nice deal.
for stuff you use a lot (like sockets) dont even think about getting anything from walmart (not to mention walmart carries almost nothing metric)
and the rolling tool chest kicks major ass. if my work area wasnt already full I would pick one up
