BRR Autocross in Salem, VA April 13th - flintster55 - 03-19-2008
I know there's been a few guys say they are planning to make this. I'm already registered for it but I'm still interested in seeing if anyone else plans on coming.
It's only a little over a 100 miles from JMU and not even 2 hours away. If anyone needs directions, I am from the area so feel free to ask.

it's possible that I will be making the trip down from harrisonburg but I'm not sure yet... I'd like to see more people going from the club. Unfortunately gas prices are crazy. If not this one then I'll definitely be at Verona.

Cool man. I'm probably gonna be doing the same thing except I'm gonna stay in Roanoke for the weekend. It'll be nice only having to drive 10 mintues Sunday morning!
Jack you should definitely make it out for this. One of my friends from Roanoke is running his '01 R/T Stratus so you should give him some competition

Im sure the restaraunt is open, but I doubt many cars will be there saturday this early in the year, unless it's some freaky warm, nice day.

Yea I think we were talking about the restaurant mainly. Cars don't really start showing up big time until it gets a lot warmer consistently.

Well if you guys want the best burgers in the valley go to the River Rock in salem. It's a little bar looking place right ont he river, but you wont beat the food.

ah ha...that's another good one, real hand made burgers, lots of grease 8) good onion rings too....i miss that place
i used to go in there all the time when i was working landscaping over the college summers. the owner is cool, used to tell us about all the times it flooded and other stories, haha.

Hell, they used to have a "walk up" beer/food window facing the river side so if you were fishing or whatever, you could come get your stuff without even having to go inside.
