Exciting News - kwq slvr - 03-04-2008

We had a surprising visit at Whiplash Motorsports yesterday from John Meyers who is the Kicker Car Audio installer from Overhaulin' with Chip Foose!!!

They want to use our 1963 Ford Galaxie convertible as a National Kicker car! He was very impressed with the quality of work that we have performed on this vintage ride. It is currently under construction and he was watching as we were doing some painting in the trunk. He was also impressed with some of the other projects that we were working on here at the shop.

I don't think that it will be quite ready for the MM Show but if anyone would like to stop by and take a look please give us a call!

Thanks,
Jay

Dude that's awesome! Do you have any pics of the project hosted on your website or elsewhere? How did he hear about it?

Foose is amazing, hands down my favorite custom car builder. That 'Cuda he made for Joe Rogan "Sick Fish" pretty much gave me wet dreams for a while

Our Kicker rep and John were on thier way to VA Beach and stopped in to see us and were impressed with the projects we have in the shop and with the shop overall. There are some pictures on our website of the Galaxie the first time that we restored it.

This is just a few shots of it. 11 TVs, 2 Playstations, 4 DVD players, 5,000 watt stereo, air bag suspension, custom paint w/ ghost flames, 20" wheels etc. etc. etc. too much to name!
