Nah, it's going to be freezing then. Well, it could be. It could be freakishly warm then, too. Or rainy. I've done trackdays in thermals before, which means that I'll be leaving my kneedragging for days when I can leave my suit vents open.

I remember always expecting to be warm in March, and still needing several layers on the bike. I don't mean your numbers are wrong, just that I stay cold and don't enjoy it.
