About 30 seconds of searching lead me to the dyno locator on mustangdyne's website. (<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.mustangdyne.com/LocatorPages/DynLoc_WI.htm">http://www.mustangdyne.com/LocatorPages/DynLoc_WI.htm</a><!-- m -->)

Anyhow, they list two dynos as being in Madison, WI.

i'll ask my cousin - he lives in Jainesville and he's a big gear head with experience with a lot of shops (mostly honda/acura stuff, but i'm sure he knows shops for Sooby's and AWD dyno's)
