well, i voted today. i was already gonna vote for Denny King for Albemarle board of Supervisors but he solidified it by chattin me up. he was out front shakin hands and he came up to me and told me how he liked my Impreza and how he's got a anthracite WRX with some mild mods and takes it to summit point every now and then. he seemed to not be as douchey as most politicians, but atleast he's part of the suby crowd

Voted! ...but mostly 'cause it's the only way they'll let me in the local HS. Tongue

- Feersty - 11-07-2007

I voted.

For my district 37, the senate race was dead even:

Janet Oleszek (D) 502 votes
Ken Cuccinelli ® 501 votes

Every vote counts, people

I don't even think they had an electoral race in CA this year - maybe they do it every other year?

I completely forgot it was election day until I turned on the TV at my hotel on Monday night - lots of ads by Virginia politicians and prospectives noting they want to expand the new speeding laws to include out-of-state drivers. Have they considered challenging the law instead of promulgating it?

Hey Feersty, where did you get those numbers from?

Janet S. Oleszek - 18,510 49.77%

Kenneth T. Cuccinelli II - 18,602 50.02%

Got this in the mail today and I was impressed... but am admittedly partial.

LP candidates win 17% of their races

Positions include mayoral, city council and judgeship positions, among others
