When i first loaded this, she was spinning CW. After bringing the page up a few minutes later and concentrating hard I could get her to spin the other way.

No, it's the same page, i meant minimizing and bringing back up. if you don't believe me, save the .gif and load it locally.
Upon further observation, I can get it to switch while looking at it if I look at the bottom foot.

I can only see it spinning clockwise. I've tried the other way but I can't do it. Says the guy who is writing matlab code and doing a problem set on Fourier transforms.

I can make it change between clockwise and counterclockwise pretty easy. It's hard to explain how though.

to get her to switch look at her outstretched leg and think of it coming toward you or going away from you.

it seemed that the only way i could get her to switch directions is looking at the knee of the leg shes standing on and "making" the knee cap spin the way you want it to go. God that was frustrating for a while.
