So I'm about to overhaul the cooling system on my car... anything I should be aware of?

I ass-u-me you have all the parts? Have the tool to remove the fan? Going to leave the fan in place? I thought it was a pretty straightforward job except for those stupid radiator mount clip things.

Just make sure you get all the metal "upgrade" parts.
And why not convert to a 'lectric fan while you're in there?

I think the fan clutch on mine is still fine and I ordered all metal parts and I got an extra set of the clips too. They should be arriving soooon :-)
